Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds warrants that the window covering materials and components listed will be free from defects in materials and quality for the stated periods from the date of purchase, subject to the provisions of this warranty, provided they were professionally installed in accordance with Mick Sullivan Blind's specifications. This warranty is not transferable and is only for the benefit of the original purchaser from Mick Sullivan Blinds. This warranty shall only remain in effect if normal maintenance and cleaning practices are followed.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective materials and components. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds reserves the right to discharge its obligations under this warranty by refunding the original purchase price of the defective materials or components.
This warranty excludes:
This warranty shall be interpreted and applied subject to the operation of any statute applicable in Australia, the terms of which cannot be excluded by the parties, including (if applicable) relevant provisions of the Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Consumer Law) Act (No. 1) 2010 and similar State legislation. Except for the matters outlined in this document, all other implied terms, warranties, conditions, and consequences are excluded.
No Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds product is intended to be used as a security product of any form. Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds does not guarantee any level of security from our products, interior or exterior. Nor are any of Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds' products guaranteed to provide 100% light blockage. A qualified representative of the company can advise you on which products will give you the most light blockage, however unless explicitly stated by Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds to be 100% block-out, most products will have a small amount of light that penetrated them, either directly or indirectly.
Warranty claims must be made as soon as possible after discovery of the defect and, in any event, within the warranty period. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of payment of the full purchase price by the original purchaser. Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds will determine whether the defect is covered by the Warranty. If the defect is covered, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds. If the defect is not covered by the Warranty, then Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds will advise the cost and the replacement parts will be charged.

The surfaces of shutters will collect a layer of dust over time. Normal and regular dusting with
a soft damp cloth will remove this build up. If further cleaning is required then wash with mild
water and a soft cloth. Ensure the surfaces are dried off with a soft cloth. Chlorine-based
cleaners or other cleaners containing organic solvents could affect the surface appearance
and long-term durability of the product. At no time should an abrasive be used to clean the
shutters.
